It took seven months to comlete the sale but she kept us up to date on web searches, advertising on our home, ect. As we went through highs and lows as buyers came and went, Debbie was always available to talk and offer suggestions to improve our chances to sell and helped us close the deal.

Dan and I believe the most important thing that Debbie did for us as a Realtor, was to make a potentially stressful situation (selling a home and building a new one), actually fun. She was always on top of things and available for questions. She helped us find a lot, negotiated well with builders, advised us about the sale of our home, and even helped us find an architect and a great loan officer. She definitely had great connections! Dear Debbie,

The service that was most helpful to Bill and I was the Internet services that were offered. Because we had to do our house shopping from a distance, we relied on the Internet to see the outside as well as the inside of the home. The indoor pictures were the ones that would motivate us to look at the house. When the listings didn't have pictures available for the interior we figured it probably wasn't the best. That's why they didn't have any available. It also saved us time so we didn't look at homes we knew wouldn't work for us. If it wasn't for the Internet services, Bill and I would have wasted a lot of time and money!! Now days, everyone uses the net to buy and sell!!!
