Recent updates to the home: -The septic system was replaced 3 years ago. The main tank was replaced with a new 2500 gallon tank, a 600 gallon tank was added behind the guest house and installed a lift and grind unit in the tank. One more section of drainfield was also added. -Roof replaced late August with 50 year shingles. -26 window sashes were replaced. -Pool has been restored to like new condition. Hot tub was also added. -3 car garage was added to the guest house and has a gas heater in the double bay. -2 90% Forced air furnaces have been added as well as brand new A/C units and high efficiency boiler for the in floor heat and domestic water. -Half of the zones on the sprinkler system have been replaced with pop up heads. -A brand new alarm system was added to the home and alarm system was added to the guest house.
